It's about 1 hour and 15 minutes of paddling each way.
If you want to visit Vrelo Cave by kayak, you need to rent a kayak from the company closest to the restaurant. They are the only ones with a license to go in the cave.
Entry to the cave itself is free. You don't need to pay anything extra when you rent the kayaks.
The cave doesn't always have electricity, so you may need to wait up to 15–20 minutes at the entrance for a boat to arrive and the lights to come on before you can go inside.
Location of Kayak Rental Company with a license for Cave visit.
You are allowed and welcome to swim anywhere on Matka. However, the cleanest place to swim is close to the Vrelo Cave. It is also the coldest place to swim!
